By downloading, installing, or using Geolocate Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Geolocate Me is a location tracking service that periodically records your device’s GPS coordinates and makes them available via a REST API. The service consists of an iOS application and a cloud-based backend. The service requires an active subscription to access tracking features.
Geolocate Me requires a monthly subscription of $1.99/month, billed through the Apple App Store. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
You agree to use Geolocate Me only for lawful purposes. You may not: • Use the service to track any person without their knowledge and consent • Share your device credentials with unauthorized parties • Attempt to access location data belonging to other users • Use the API in a manner that degrades service for other users • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
Your use of Geolocate Me is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of location data as described in the Privacy Policy. Location data is automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
You are responsible for keeping your client token and bot token secure. Anyone with your bot token can access your location data via the API. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your location data resulting from your failure to protect your tokens. If you believe your tokens have been compromised, reset your configuration in the app and re-register.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Geolocate Me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of location data. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Geolocate Me after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
